Everyone is welcome – male, female, you don’t need to be a mum/dad or fit. Distances vary according to the abilities within the group and whether squads are training for an event.
Rides go at a pace that will suit all the members of the group (sometimes splitting into paced groups), and use a system of ‘rolling regroups’ to keep everyone together. The rides are not competitive, and are social occasions as much as exercise.
