Fitmums & Friends members have access to "safe havens" local to their clubs. In Beverley, these are provided by:

• Beverley and East Riding Golf Club on the Westwood

If any member gets into difficulty whilst out on a run in Beverley they may visit the local safe haven and know they will be welcomed and supported. All staff are aware of this safe haven service which offers: 

• Place of safety (for whatever reason)
• Shelter from severely inclement weather
• Access to a toilet
• A milestone marker/catch up point
  
• Access to a telephone for emergencies
• Access to water to top up water bottles
