The Sewell Retail Group provide a "safe haven" facility for all Fitmums & Friends members.

If any member gets into difficulty whilst out on a run in East Hull they may visit the local Sewell Retail outlet and know they will be welcomed and supported. All Sewell Retail staff are aware of this “safe haven” service which offers: 

• Place of safety (for whatever reason)
• Shelter from severely inclement weather
• Access to a toilet
• A milestone marker/catch up point
• Access to a telephone for emergencies
• Access to water to top up water bottles
