Welcome to Fitmums & Friend’s Christmas virtual challenge, ‘12 Days of Fitmas’, designed to get you moving and having fun during the dark December days.
12 Days of Fitmas is open to all - members and non-members - and is suitable for adults and children alike, as you can choose from a range of activities across the 12 days.
Entry comes with a beautifully designed chart for you to colour and capture your achievements, and on completion you will be rewarded with a stunning 12 Days of Fitmas medal* if you choose.
You don’t need to start on 1st December, just choose the 12 days that best work for you. The challenge must be completed between 1st and 31st December 2020.
To enter, simply download the chart of your choice below; and visit our online shop to purchase your medal - *there are only 250 medals, so be quick!
