Here at Fitmums and Friends we and pleased to announce that the virtual Yoga sessions that were streamed live on our main Facebook page are now available to view again. These sessions were delivered for pre and post natal ladies with the support of Yoga instructor and Fitmums and Friends member Emma starting in April 2020.
These sessions are provided to support not just our members but the wider community. They are designed for pregnant and post natal ladies but could also be used as a gentle start to exercise.
Below are the postnatal exercises which are suitable for all but considers pregnant ladies especially.
