Many clubs across the Fitmums & Friends network will be delivering Strength and Conditioning sessions this Autumn/Winter, thanks to a team of volunteer Coaches and Assistant Coaches.
These sessions are for everyone, not just those people who are already fit and strong but for those who are beginners to S&C sessions and want to come along to see the difference it will make to them.
The benefits of strength and conditioning are numerous and include reducing the risk of injury, improving heart health, promoting flexibility, aiding mobility and improving mental health.
All of the sessions are listed below and remember, you can attend any session anywhere. So if your Club does not have sessions this season, please do feel free to come and join in at other clubs. Sessions are included in membership (no extra cost).
