Buggy fitness walks offer a walking workout for parents with a child in a buggy, or for anyone who just wants a walking workout. (no buggy & child required!)
Buggy walks are usually 2 or 3 miles (less if necessary). Buggy sessions tend to be term-time only – no need to book, just turn up. Buggy sessions are for people of all ages, sizes and abilities, for pregnant women who want to keep fit and healthy during pregnancy or anyone who wants a walking-based exercise class (dads and grandparents welcome). Buggy sessions are a safe and effective class to do and can help to burn fat, tone muscles and increase fitness levels.
Sessions start with a warm up followed by a main workout of moderate to fast walking. Sessions help to improve posture.
