Buggy Bootcamp

Buggy bootcamp is a sports-hall based session which offers a good workout including toning and resistance work.

Buggy bootcamp offers some toning and resistance work to help tone up bums, tums and legs.

Sessions start with a warm up followed by a main workout of moderate to fast walking or in the case of buggy bootcamp a cardio workout to work the lungs and heart and to burn fat. Sessions help to improve posture.
