You don’t have to be fit or able to run already to join Fitmums & Friends. Our clubs welcome men and women of all abilities, including absolute beginners. If you are new to running, you can start in the 1-mile group where you can walk and run at your own pace. Our friendly, volunteer leaders will support you and keep the group together so no one is ever “too slow” or left behind. In your own time, you will build up your running ability and find that you can run further and stronger.

If finances are a barrier, please look into our Mike Barlow Memorial Fund which might be able to help with the cost of kit or membership (after your free sessions).
