Cycle Squad Charity Ride 2018

Posted 2nd July 2018

This year members of the Cottingham & Hedon Cycle Squad will be attempting another challenging 3-day ride 13th -15th July 2018. Covering 205 miles with 11,200 feet of hills it will certainly be a challenge and it includes the well known tricky ascent of Rosedale Chimney. The squad is made up of people who are new to cycling as well as more experienced riders but it will still be a test for all. The cycle squad will be spurred on by knowing their efforts are meaningful. Donations are most welcome, they will support the work of the charity in helping people to be active in a supportive environment with systems which nurture and support long term change. These funds will specifically help the cycle squad volunteers to be able to continue and expand the fantastic work they do transforming people’s lives in so many ways.
